OVERCOMING

Overcoming is one of the most difficult and almothingsrealistic things to achieve and yet easy when you know how to.
Most people who go through life, instead of overcoming, are overcome by circumstances because of the information they didn't receive or received but wasn't well appropriate so the a need to pay attention to this matter.

The truth is that no man is wired to be overcome but in its real state, many are been overcome by several things that have made life miserable for many but there is the hope of overcoming.

In this short post, we will be considering what it means to overcome, who will overcome, why you must overcome, when should you overcome, why people are often overcome, and what happens when you fail to overcome.
To begin, we would like you to have an understanding of the word "overcome".
It means to defeat someone or something, that is, to successfully deal with a difficult situation. It may be a personality, emotion, attitude, or addiction, whichever way it may show up.
It also means to have victory secured whether or not the battle is over-this may sound strange right? It simply means you have all it takes to win already so whether or not the battle is still on, you will overcome.

Do you know that it's not all who will overcome? Of course yes, not all, we are seeing many being overcome by many unwanted situations so the question is "Who will overcome"
" For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world--our faith". [ESV]
" For every child of God defeats this evil world by trusting Christ to give the victory. "[NLT]
1John 5:4
People who will overcome are those who are born of  God, those whose faith and trust in Jesus Christ for victory, they are the ones who will overcome.
What this implies is that walking by your wisdom and strength won't work out your victory.
Another requirement is obedience to  God's command in faith and 1 John 5:3. Those whose greatest desire is to do what God desires will overcome because they always win God's favour in their daily endeavour.

And the third is those who love not the things of this life 1John3:15-16 For anyone that has a love for this world, the love of the Father is not and cannot be in him therefore, cannot overcome because of no God's backing.
Lastly, those who always remember their creator Ecclesiastes 12:1 failure to do this will lead to Samson's victory
All the above are needful for overcoming.
Frustration has made many see no need to overcome
*Why you must overcome: because if we don't, we will be overcome and the purpose of our existence will be swallowed in defeat
*When should we overcome: now that we are young because we are strong 1Jn2:14
*What should we overcome: The devil/self: anger, passion, lust, immortality, pride, idolatry, lying, etc
*Why are we often overcome: when we go without the blood of the lamb 1jn5:1-5, 3:6,2:15, by the words of God 2:14
*What happens when we fail to overcome
